The Guilford County Schools (GCS) reassignment window is now open. Families who wish for their student to transfer to another school can request reassignment for the 2026-2027 school year.
Reassignment requests are considered based on available space, transportation logistics and program availability.
The reassignment portal closes on May 31. Requests may be submitted using this link.

The following schools are not available for reassignment because they are at or near capacity or have classes that could exceed appropriate capacity.
